After a long journey of R&D, endless testing, and a very strict review process by MyIPO (Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia), our beloved M-Series Smart Lock has officially been granted the Malaysian Industrial Design Registration (Design Patent)!
Every single line we adjusted, every little detail we polished—behind it all is the hard work of our team, through countless days and nights. This patent certificate is not just a national recognition for Abrain Malaysia’s innovation, but it is also a brand asset that we deeply treasure. We feel truly proud and honored to bring such a beautiful and secure design into thousands of Malaysian homes.

As the M-Series Smart Lock grows more popular, we have also noticed some new situations in the market. Recently, some industry peers have chosen to source products directly from our distributors in China and bring them here to sell in the Malaysian market.
To be honest, the recognition from our peers proves that this design is highly successful, and we fully understand and respect everyone’s commercial choices in business. However, we have a responsibility to be completely honest with Malaysian consumers, to prevent any misunderstanding caused by a lack of information:

Identical on the outside, completely different on the inside:
While these versions from China share a 100% identical exterior design with our Malaysian edition, their internal electronic PCB boards, core mortise structures, and system protocols are entirely different.
2.
Specially Customized for Malaysia:
The official authentic products sold by Abrain Malaysia are fully upgraded inside. They are deeply customized and technically optimized to suit local fire doors/wooden doors structures, local network environments, and Malaysia’s unique weather conditions.
3.
Local Warranty and Safety Guarantee:
Because the internal engineering is completely different, the versions built for China’s domestic market will NOT be able to receive our official local warranty, technical support, or emergency rescue services in Malaysia.
We sincerely advise all consumers to look for the official authentic products bearing the ABRAIN LOGO when purchasing, ensuring the long-term safety of your home and family.

Compliance with marketing materials: Any intentional or unintentional product counterfeiting, unauthorized rebadging (rebranding), or unauthorized use of our official marketing photos and promotional videos for your own commercial purposes constitutes an infringement of our rights.
We truly hope relevant merchants can understand our stance, and we kindly ask for your cooperation to review your listings and remove all non-compliant promotional materials, marketing images, and misleading information.
We have always believed in healthy competition, and we choose to believe that every merchant’s true intention is to serve their customers well. 每一个线条的调整，每一个细节的打磨，背后都凝聚了我们团队无数个日夜的付出。这份专利证书，不仅是对Abrain Malaysia创新设计的国家级认可，更是我们极其珍视的品牌资产。能把这么漂亮、安全的产品带进马来西亚的千家万户，我们感到由衷的自豪。
官方提醒
随着M系列智能门锁的火爆，市场上也出现了一些新情况。我们注意到，近期有部分同行朋友，选择直接从我们中国的代理商渠道提货，带到马来西亚市场进行销售。
同行的认可，侧面证明了这款设计确实很成功，我们也理解大家在商言商的商业选择。但在这里，我们有责任老老实实地向广大的马来西亚消费者做个说明，避免大家因为信息不对称而产生误解：
1. 外观 100% 一致，但内里完全不同： 这些流转的中国国内版本，外部设计虽与我们大马版一致，但其内部的电子电板（PCB）、核心锁体结构以及系统协议，是完全不同的。
2. 大马版专为本地定制： 我们在马来西亚销售的官方正品，内部的核心部件、抗干扰能力和锁体规格，都是针对本地的防火门/木门结构、本地网络以及大马的气候环境进行了深度定制与技术升级的。
3. 售后与安全保障： 由于内部构造完全不同，非官方授权渠道售出的中国国内版本，在本地是无法获得我们官方的保修服务、技术支持和紧急救援保障的。
我们由衷地建议广大的消费者，在购买时认准官方正品（带有ABRAIN LOGO），确保您和家人的长久安全。
关于知识产权与市场规范的共勉
一个健康的行业环境，需要所有人共同来维护。这份外观设计专利是受马来西亚法律完整保护的资产。

● 请停止误导宣传： 请不要再向顾客宣称两款产品“完全一样”。
